WWE: March 6 - 13

Hey guys. Back for my weekly review of the WWE.

SmackDown!: Not much happenng. I liked the part where Lashley tipped over the car on Finlay. Good stuff. JBL vs. Benoit should be good. Interesting stuff is brewing... and MNM has no opponents at the moment. Grrr.

RAW: Interested to see Cena this week. He's still getting a mixed reaction from fans, but HHH will get the title after 'Mania. Other than that, I don't really care about anything else because it's all stupid. SmackDown! is definitely the better brand at the moment.

G2G. Ciao.

SmackDown!'s Top Seven - 28 Feb - 6 Mar

Hey guys! Hope you're all doing well. I've just written my latest column on Respect for OWW, so it should be up in just over a week, when my three week rule ends. Anyway, to follow up from yesterday's RAW Top Seven, I thought it should be fitting for SmackDown! to have a Top Seven as well.

World Heavyweight Champion - Kurt Angle
Kurt maintains his spot this week after defeating Undertaker twice. Kurt now goes on to 'Mania against Randy and Rey. I'm actually not sure who'll win this one, but it looks like a great match-up. Kurt helped Undertaker put on a superb technical and old-school match for the fans. Great job this week, but I wouldn't be putting my money on him at 'Mania because very few have successfully defended their World-class Title at the big PPV.

United States Title - Chris Benoit
Benoit vs. JBL at 'Mania may be Chris' step up to the World Title once more if JBL can take it off him. Benoit did little actual wrestling this week but the preperation for it may be a little more interesting.

#1 - Rey Mysterio
Rey puts himself in the running for the Title once again against Randy and Rey. It will be a choice between Rey and Randy and 'Mania, but I have no doubt that one of them will carry the title proudly against the other after 'Mania. Rey put on another great match against Randy at No Way Out and his size should provide for a good match at 'Mania.

#2 - Randy Orton
Randy looks set to win the title at 'Mania, but I'll be disappointed in the E if he does. Rey won the Rumble, and a tradition that's gone on that long and the storyline with Eddie's death involved make it all the more worthless. Nonetheless, Randy has the potential to become at two-time WHC and that's what I believe is in his future.

#3 - Undertaker
Usually the #1 Contender would be a little higher up the ladder, but with a loss to Angle and now the impending 'Taker v Henry match to make Taker's record 14-0, I think you can see why Taker is third on this list. At least make it a storyline where you can kill Henry off so he never comes back.

#4 - Bobby Lashley
The momentum that Lashley is gaining within the company is propelling him to the top at a rate slightly slower than that of Mr. Kennedy whould have had were it not for his injury. Lashley should become JBL's opponent if the U.S. Title goes his way, because it should (and I use the word lightly there, making sure that the title doesn;t make the man) give him a little boost. Mark my words, Lashley will be WHC within two years.

#5 - John Bradshaw Layfield
JBL has his run at another title wich should propel the winner to a good feud with someone and the loser to a #1 Contender's Tournament shortly after 'Mania. In the absence of Batista, JBL becomes a viable contender for the Championship.

RAW's Top Seven - Feb 28 - Mar 6

Hey guys!

Hope you're all doing okay. OWW is back online so props to Brad for the hard work. Anyway, here's RAW's top Seven for the week.

WWE Champion - John Cena
Hopefully I won't have to write this again after Wrestlemania 22. I watched RAW this week and Cena was gtting serious heat for being himself. I don't think he knows how to react to it, and Vince isn't paying attention as he's too busy re-hiring and firing Marty Janetty. Anyway, Cena probably ends his main event status after Backlash, and someone who's not him will have a shot at the title.

Intercontinental Champion - Shelton Benjamin
I'd say Shelton got himself a spot at the MITB Ladder Match at 'Mania, but I'd be lying. Orton RKO'ed Chavo for Shelton to cover, but Shelton picks up the win. Unlikely he'll win the MITB match with a title already around his waist, however.

#1 - Triple H
This name will be atop the board after 'Mania. Trips cut a great promo this week, although he might be turning face if the E takes any notice of his and Cena's feud. But it should turn out to be a good match. No matter what people say, H is still a damn good wrestler, and he puts in his hours just like anyone else. So watch out for him as the 11-time Champ.

#2 - Shawn Michaels
Shawn's been putting in the hard work and effort to get himself this far over the years. After he beats Vince at Mania, he's planning on working less (similar to what Undertaker does). Unfortunately, he became the newest member of the Kiss My Ass club, but it happens.

#3 - Rob Van Dam
You can't deny that Mr. Monday Night is making an impact at the moment. Van Dam has beaten anyone in his path since his return at the Rumble, and he qualifies for the MITB Ladder Match at 'Mania 22, when he should have been in the original. My current favourite to win, he deserves his push.

#4 - Ric Flair
Flair has scored the biggest few upsets in history lately, and although he lost his title, he gave an amazing performance against Edge in his first TLC match and then he qualified for the MITB match along with Shelton and RVD. Should be interesting...

#5 - Edge
Edge against Foley in a Hardcore match at Mania? Should be good, except that Foley has never yet won at Mania. Which means that Edge will pick up the win. I don't really care.

WWE: 28th Feb - 6th March

Hey Everyone!

Welcome back to my blog. Seeing as the WWE taped a supershow on Monday, I thought I'd go over the events of the week now. Anyway, let's begin!

SmackDown!: So far, for 'Mania 22, we have JBL Vs. Benoit for the U.S. Title, which should be good. Hopefully Benoit can bring JBL's ring work up to standard. Lashley is still going at it with Finlay. Helms disappeared this week, so no idea what's going on there. As I predicted, Angle will now be in the Main Event match at Mania with Rey and Randy. Undertaker got attacked by Mark Henry. Hopefully Henry will hang from the Cell like Bossman. I hate Henry. Apparently Batista's coming back at 'Mania to do something on-screen. Good. I like Orton's new music, too.

RAW: MITB is returning, and as I said, RVD and Shelton got in, but Flair's in there! Imagine Ric Flair winning the MITB match. The crowd would mark out totally. Floey Vs. Edge in a Hardcore match? Cool. HHH Vs. Cena? Cool. And my last, huge, massive point: HBK Vs. Vince? COOL.

Hope you guys have a good week. Don't forget to check out OWW to see how things are going.

Peace Out

Real Life For A Moment #1

Welcome Everybody!

Hope you're all doing well - I know I am. Anyway, I just finished doing my Drama Studies folio work for the last few days. Everyone who's not doing it - lucky. Everyone else - hard cheese. We're all in the same boat.

My week got slightly better after last because - well, it just did. However, I am now depressed because I can't publish my wrestling column because one of the links on the side, specifically ObsessedWithWrestling, is down! ARRRRRRGGGHHH!!! I feel Mr. Adam coming on...

School is regular - looking forward to our production this Thursday and to Chantelle's B'day party in a few weeks. Need to find a present.

My new set of Magic: The Gathering isn't out yet. I'm so annoyed.

Well, there's my moment. Join us next time to learn about this week's RAW and SmackDown! (because they held a Supershow taping and I know what's happening for the next week :P

Peace Out
MR. ADAM!!! GRRRRRGG...

WWE: 20th - 27th Feb

Greetings everyone! Hope you're all well. First off, I encourage you to go and look at my new column on Obsessed with Wrestling if you haven't already. Go Rey! But I'll leave that till next paragraph.

Go Rey! T'Lo put him in the 'Mania 22 Main Event match with Angle and Orton. Kool. He deserved it. Anyway, JBL injured his hand and Ashley injured her leg. Not good before Wrestlemania. Ah well.

SmackDown!: Reports are saying that SmackDown! currently has the Main Event match at WrestleMania 22. That'll show RAW who has the better show. Stupid RAW. Booker T's going into a feud with Boogeyman. That can't be good. Finlay + Benoit = good match. I like Paul Birchall's new gimmick. Yeah, I said it. anmd Undertaker + Mark Henry @ 'Mania? Make it 14-0. Stupid 'Taker. Make it a Buried Alive match at least so we can get Henry off TV.

RAW: Triple H is the new #1 Contender to Cena, who was getting booed. Vince has no idea what he's doing. Money In The Bank is coming back. Entrants are supposed to be Carlito, Big Show, Kane, Masters, Benjamin and RVD. Go RVD. In related news, RVD should be the Champion soon. I am disappointed. Anyway.

Hope you all have a good week - I know I did.

Peace Out,
Adam "The Adamaniac" Heap

No Way Out: The Aftermath

Hey again blog readers and wrestling fans. Hope you're all alive and well. I just got back from school and it was average. But that's not what I'm here to talk about.

I was average on my picks for the PPV. 3 wins, 3 losses. And on top of all that, I was wrong about JBL putting over the new guys. Idiot. I hate Finlay. Good to see Batista back though. Let's have a quick runthrough of what looks like it will happen at 'Mania 22.

We have JBL Vs. Bobby Lashley. Expect it to continue and for Lashley to get a Mania win. We then have, of course, the return of the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Yes. If they can make it as good as last year's it should be good. Helms will start a rivalry with one other cruiserweight soon, and I'm hoping it's Paul London or Brian Kendrick. Angle Vs. Orton is coming and I'm not sure now whether it will be a Triple Threat including Rey or a Fatal Four Way including Rey & Taker. Should be interesting.

RAW is on tomorrow, so my first analysis should be up within 24 hours. Catch anyone who's reading this later.
